General
Why Celestyal
We create unmissable experiences, at sea and on shore.
We're a quality mid-sized ship cruise company offering the warm hospitality of our Greek heritage, blended with the perfect mix of itineraries. From 3 and 4-night getaways, to longer 7 to 14-night adventures, we're confident we'll be the highlight of your travels.

The Celestyal difference is clear from the moment you're warmly welcomed onboard. Our hospitality is unrivaled. With a ratio of 2.5+ crew members to every guest, you'll be part of our family during your vacation, greeted by name by your favorite waiter and host each day.

We know your time is precious.
We offer port-intensive cruises, so you can see as much of the region as possible during your trip. We stay longer in port, and make every effort to help you avoid the crowds, whether that means adapting our schedule or offering priority passes for attractions.
Our award-winning shore excursions are the perfect way to see the best parts of a region, and dive deeper into the local culture. Don't just take our word for it—over 85% of our guests tell us our shore excursions are excellent. And when you return from a thrilling day exploring, you can relax in the comfort of your calming, comfortable cabin or suite.

One thing worth flagging: "a ratio of 2.5+ crew members to every guest" reads as if there are more crew than guests, which is almost certainly the wrong way round — it's more likely 2.5 guests per crew member (or similar). Might be worth checking before it goes any further.

Destination
Greece
Known for sparkling white buildings, bright blue shutters, rugged, rocky landscapes and crystal clear water, Greece is a destination that belongs on a postcard. With 13,000km worth of coastline and around 200 islands scattered off the mainland, its also the ideal destination for a cruise. Greece is home to a number of must-see destinations - Athens and Crete with their exceptional ruins, the quaint towns of Santorini perched on rugged cliffs, and the lazily spinning windmills of Mykonos. By embarking on a cruise you can often tick off multiple bucket-list Grecian destinations on one single itinerary.
Ports of Call
Athens Piraeus
City Piraeus
Country GR

Piraeus is the seaport for Athens, the capital of western civilization, which boasts a fantastic mix of classical ruins and vivacious modern life. In a single day, you can climb the hill of the Acropolis to wonder at the Parthenon, join the lively Athenians in Constitution Square, and then find a welcoming taverna for some spirited bizouki music, plenty of ouzo to drink, and with luck, energetic Greek dancing.

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
City Kusadasi
Country TR

This charming, picturesque resort where Antony and Cleopatra used to vacation is best known as the port for the ancients ruins of Ephesus - one of the world's most wondrous archaeological sites. Explorations should include such masterpieces as the Great Amphitheatre, where St. Paul addressed the Ephesians, the Library of Celsus, and the temples of Athena and Apollo - all connected by marble streets rutted by the wheels of countless chariots.

Rhodes, Greece
City Rhodes
Country GR

Legend has it that Apollo blessed this isle with sunshine and beauty. True to the myths, the "Island of Roses" is rich in magnificent scenery and umbrella-lined beaches. Take an excursion to Lindos, where high on a hill rises an ancient acropolis dedicated to the goddess Athena. You will also want to see the medieval Old Town, once home to the Crusading Knights of St. John, and tour the Grand Master's Palace, an Italian restoration famed for its superb mosaic floors.

Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece
City Agios Nikolaos
Country GR

Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece

Santorini (Thira), Greece
City Santorini
Country GR

With its steep volcanic flanks looming straight up from the sea, and the tiny white village of Thira clinging high atop the cliffs, Santorini is perhaps the most breathtaking and legendary of all the Greek Isles. To the south is Akrotiri, where recent Minoan excavations support the theories that Santorini might be the fabled lost continent of Atlantis.

Mykonos, Greece
City Mykonos
Country GR

The narrow passageways of Mykonos are a twisted maze of whitewashed houses, miniature churches, lazy windmills, and tiny cafes serving up Greek specialties. Sample the freshest squid or lobster just snatched from the blue Aegean Sea, or shop for typical flokati rugs.
